CATCHING UP WITH WNBA ALL-STAR KIKI IRIAFEN
Number Four overall WNBA Draft pick. WNBA Rookie of the Month. WNBA All-Star.
Just a few months into her professional career, Kiki Iriafen is making a name for herself with the Washington Mystics, and it’s safe to say that she’s just getting started. However, it wasn’t that long ago that LA native Iriafen was suiting up in the Cardinal & Gold to help lead the Women of Troy to the Elite Eight. House of Victory caught up with Iriafen to hear more about how the start of her professional career has been, what it means to be an All-Star and more.
BUILDING WITH ENDURING VALUE
CELEBRATING ALL ATHLETES AT ANGEL CITY GAMES
Angel City Games is one of the tentpole events for Angel City Sports, creating opportunities for hundreds of adaptive athletes of all ages to get moving and participate in a variety of adaptive sports, both casually and competitively. For many USC athletes, spanning football, men’s basketball, baseball, men’s water polo and men’s swim, it was also a first introduction to adaptive sports and an opportunity to experience sport in a new way.
House of Victory athletes experienced several adaptive sports including: wheelchair football, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, adaptive swimming, adaptive track and so many others. The athletes even had the opportunity to try many of these sports for themselves and learn a thing or two along the way. Click here or on the photos to see more from this incredible weekend and stay tuned on House of Victory social media for even more coming soon!
