House of Victory is Heating Up
Trojans Continue Making a Mark Across LA This Summer
WE LOVE THE TROJAN FAMILY
We had an incredible time with Football, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball athletes closing out the academic and athletic year at USC Athletics’ Scholarship Club reception. It’s always a special time when our athletes get to connect directly with donors and fans. We want to send another heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped make USC THE PLACE TO BE this year. We couldn’t do what we do without you. Fight On!
Even though, it’s been an incredible year, our work is never done. Pick the sport of your choice and contribute today. USC is the THE PLACE TO BE - your support helps it stay that way.
FITNESS IS FOR EVERYONE!
Football athletes Keeshawn Silver and Husan Longstreet and Men’s Basketball athlete Terrance Williams joined a recent Angel City Sports Adaptive Fitness Class for adults with physical disabilities. Through this coaching experience, the House of Victory athletes were exposed to a new definition of Fight On and were given a new appreciation for their own abilities.
“I had lots of fun,” said Longstreet. “I love just being around athletes who go hard in everything that they do, and that’s just what this was. Everyone is grinding and trying their best and I love it.”

PERISTYLE PODCAST FEATURES
In the most recent editions of The Peristyle Podcast, defensive lineman Jide Abasiri and running back Waymond Jordan join the show. Both promise to be integral players on the field this fall, but also shared their unique backstories during these in-depth interviews.
Growing up in a Nigerian household, Abasiri’s childhood was focused on academic success and playing musical instruments. Jordan brings a winning culture to USC, having transferred in after winning the JUCO Weekly Award and a JUCO National Championship.
These are two conversations with incredible Trojans that you won’t want to miss.
