AN UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SPENCER HARRIS

As we move into our second year, I'm excited to share a significant update with all of you who have stepped up to support House of Victory in our first year of existence.

In response to the ever-evolving NIL landscape and the wake of Tennessee’s lawsuit against the NCAA, House of Victory has now received clearance from USC to extend NIL opportunities to recruits before they enroll at the university. This is a 180 degree change from previous guidance and an area we are actively pursuing to best support the recruiting efforts of our football team and other programs.

One immediate opportunity is to assist targeted recruits with the costs of unofficial visits to USC. House of Victory stepping in to help cover expenses that can reach into the thousands will significantly enhance our coaches’ ability to consistently sign elite recruiting classes.

To align with this rule change, we've added a fund specifically for 'Football Recruiting.' Whether you’re through corporate sponsorship, personal donation, or foundation contribution, your generosity makes a tangible impact on our student-athletes and the success of USC Athletics.

If you've already contributed, thank you. We greatly appreciate your support and hope you’ll continue spreading the word within the Trojan Family. Building our network and educating others about House of Victory is crucial for our continued success.

As we wrap up another season of USC Women's Basketball, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've been on together. It's been a season of highs and lows, but throughout it all, your support has been unwavering, and for that, we're truly grateful.

JuJu Watkins made history this season, becoming the all-time leading scorer among freshmen in NCAA Division I history. Her dedication and talent have been nothing short of remarkable, and we couldn't be prouder of her achievements.

While our tournament run came to an end sooner than we hoped, we're already looking ahead to what the future holds. With JuJu leading the charge, along with the rest of the team, we're excited for what's to come. There's no doubt that next season will bring new challenges, but we're ready to face them head-on and continue building on the success of this year.
