We're delighted to introduce our newest House of Victory team members who bring a wealth of experience and passion for supporting USC student-athletes through NIL opportunities as we continue to grow and expand our infrastructure and operations.

Matt Lopes, VP of Operations, brings invaluable industry experience and a deep understanding of the needs of our athletes. With his background as a USC football letterman, Matt is uniquely positioned to spearhead our athlete relationships, charitable partnerships, and overall business operations.

Hailey Tucker, Director of Communications and Marketing joins House of Victory as a Trojan alumna who has several years of communications and marketing experience within NIL.

Magdi El Shahawy, Development Associate, returns to the Trojan Family after nearly two decades of experience supporting Trojan student-athletes, Magdi's dedication to their success will be instrumental in our fundraising efforts and cross-department collaboration.

At House of Victory, we believe in empowering our student-athletes not only on the field but also in our community. We're incredibly proud to spotlight some of our USC football players who recently demonstrated their commitment to giving back at The Midnight Mission.

Our USC football student-athletes including Zachariah and Zion Branch, Jonah Monheim, Bear Alexander, DeCarlos Nicholson, Marcelles Williams, DJ Jordan, Easton Mascarenas-Arnold, Desman Stephans and Kamari Ramsey rolled up their sleeves and lent their helping hands at The Midnight Mission, an organization providing support and a path to self-sufficiency for people experiencing homelessness.
